My interest in helping people live healthier, more comfortable lives began at a young age, inspired by my father who worked as a children’s surgeon. I still remember a couple visiting our home to thank him for helping their child. Their gratitude stayed with me and sparked my own passion for caring for others.
Years later, I went through my own struggle with persistent back pain that began affecting my daily life and the activities I loved. I tried multiple approaches; massage, osteopathy, chiropractic care, physiotherapy, but nothing offered lasting relief. Feeling discouraged, I began researching about pain, movement and rehabilitation on my own. Eventually, I found a therapist whose methods aligned with what I had discovered in my research, and the results were truly transformative.
That turning point inspired me to pursue the same training at the same institution as the therapist who helped me. From there, I continued to expand my skills in physical therapy and pain therapies. For the past 10 years, I have been helping people overcome back pain, muscle, and joint pain, supporting them in moving with greater ease, comfort, and confidence while rebuilding strength.
Although I was once told my back pain was “chronic,” I’ve now been pain-free for over 14 years. My personal journey and professional training allow me to offer a holistic and empathetic approach to pain therapy and rehabilitation. I’m here to guide you toward lasting relief, better movement, and a healthier relationship with your body, so you can focus on living the life you want.
